Psychedelic Motor Doom from Basel, Switzerland

Phased play some weird sort of psychedelic and heavy rock. It is slow, it is heavy, it is doom... and spaced-out.

The "new" album is a 2x12" vinyl compilation, that revisits the best moments of their last three CD's - 13 songs full of Phased. 13 variations on spacey stoner rock and heavy sludge.
Originally founded in 1997, the band went through various line-up changes and crossed some genres. Today they are: Chris Sigdell, vocals & guitar; Marko Lehtinen, drums; Marco Grementieri, bass.

Throughout the years Phased have played with numerous bands. Among the more well-known are: High On Fire, Nebula, Grief, Orange Goblin, Dozer, Colour Haze, and Damo Suzuki, whom they backed on his 2008 stop in Basel.
They have appeared on reknown festivals such as DOOM SHALL RISE, DOOM OVER VIENNA, DAWN OF DOOM, STONED FROM THE UNDERGROUND, SWAMP ROOM & SWAMP ROOM MANIA, MAD SANTA, and ROCKT DEN SEE.
